The three images are the Booker T. Washington High School Flag (Graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, was a booster for the school, and played a role in the development of the Booker T. Washington High School’s S.E. Williams Stadium); He was a founder of the Target Area Action Group (TAAG), an anti-poverty and citizens participation organization, which led to the “Tulsa Approach”, which led to the Neighborhood Development Program, then the Tulsa Urban Renewal Authority (TURA), which led to the 1970-71 Model Cities Program.
